1.     Introduction By engaging with our services at Legacy Builders, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all coaching and consulting services provided by us.

2.     Refunds and Cancellations We offer a 7-day refund policy for all coaching services, provided that the coaching call has not taken place within this period. If you wish to cancel and request a refund, please notify us in writing at support@legacy-builders.ca . Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment you used for the purchase.

3.     No Refunds After Coaching Call Once the coaching call has been conducted and completed, there is no option for a refund. We are committed to providing valuable and tailored guidance during our coaching sessions, and the completion of the call indicates the successful delivery of our service.

4.     Rescheduling Coaching Sessions Should you need to reschedule a coaching session, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your request and find an alternative time that works for both parties.

5.     Confidentiality At Legacy Builders, we value your privacy and will treat all information shared during coaching sessions with utmost confidentiality. We adhere to our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website Privacy Policy

6.     Intellectual Property All materials and content provided during coaching

sessions remain the intellectual property of Legacy Builders. They are intended for your personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without our explicit written consent.

7.     Code of Conduct During coaching sessions, we expect all participants to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate coaching services in such instances.

8.     Limitation of Liability While we strive to provide high-quality coaching, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Legacy Builders shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of our services.

9.     Modification of Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10.  Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia Canada without regard to its conflict of law principles.
